Gave very good suggestions for a few fixes we could make as a preventive for possible future issues, was able to show me pictures she took while in the attic so I had a decent understanding of what she was explaining as the husband usually handles these things. Overall highly recommend this specific technician (jamiee dudley) as we have had previous from the same company, that were good/fine, but she was much more informative if you will. So thank you!
