"I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had with this company recently. We came back from vacation only to find our AC not working on a Saturday. I didn't think we could get anyone to come out, but to my surprise, a technician arrived within 2 hours. We needed a new unit, and it was installed by the following Tuesday. Huge shoutout to Matt Olsen and Hugo Sanchez for their awesome work! They were so efficient and professional. This company also offers a great warranty and maintenance plan. Highly recommended!!!"

I would recommend on repairs where you are waiting for a part maybe offer portable a/c cooler in summer. Especially when temperatures are soaring. "Brandi, with One Hour, has been the most understanding and sincere employee I have met to date. During after hours on a Friday holiday weekend, after being unable to revive the AC unit, she took it upon herself to drive all the way back to the shop (which was closed) picked up a window unit, and brought it back with nothing more than a smile. During the hottest weekend of the summer, that kind of service and quality care does not go unnoticed. Many techs would’ve done their best and left it with a “we’ll send someone over on Monday”, without a further thought. And honestly I’m not even sure I would blame them for such.
