Daphne came out for our semi-annual AC checkup and did a fantastic job. She clearly explained the condition of our unit and answered all of my questions in a friendly, easy-to-understand way. After receiving great service both times the company has visited, I signed up for their membership program. The price is very reasonable and the service has been outstanding. Highly recommend!

So glad we found One Hour. We had to replace 2 main AC units. The 1st (on the right) was in August. A basic 2.5 ton unit with a $3k install. We got the new unit on the right from One Hour for the same price. It is a 3 ton, its more efficient, has a smaller footprint and is noticeably quieter. With One Hour there were no extras. One Hour included EVERYTHING, new thermostats, new ducting and they finished the ceiling opening. Communition was great, the crew was prompt and we couldn't be happier. Wish we knew about One Hour in August.

Corey came Over for a routine cleanup and tuneup of my AC system. He was super professional, the nicest guy, and didn’t try and push all of these unnecessary maintenance items. He gave recommendations, And told me what would be purely an upgrade versus actually required, and what I could hold off on until the next visit. Update: Corey and Ehren(sorry if spelled wrong) were awesome. They were professional, personable, and courteous. The work was done correctly and my AC is working as if it was newly installed. Please use One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. You will not regret it. Great customer service, great transparency! I had Jordan come out to look at my A/C. Got the problem(hopefully) figured out and a repair cost that was shocking low for what it needs. They are clearly the best in AZ. I will recommend to everyone.
