I can’t say enough good things about One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning! I first reached out to them for an emergency air conditioning issue, and even though it was in the middle of the night, Britney took my call with such warmth and professionalism. It was a long process, but she really set the tone for the excellent service to come.
Jordan, the technician who arrived to assist, was beyond kind and patient. He helped us with the installation of a new air conditioner, and we were really impressed with his attention to detail. The company also provided some great discounts, which made the whole experience even better!
Unfortunately, we encountered a manufacturer issue with the unit, but the team was incredibly prompt and responsive in addressing it. They made multiple follow-up visits to ensure everything was working properly, and each time they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and on-time. I was especially impressed by how they took the time to clean up after the installation and repairs, leaving no mess behind.

“Had replacement thermostat installed. On Thursday July 3rd, 2025 Javier was very knowledgeable, professional, forthright and personable. He did a great job and also checked my AC while he was here. Would certainly recommend him as a tech for others. Thermostat price and installation seemed a bit on the high side as I could have purchased the same thermostat at one of the big box stores for a lot less. But I've used 1-Hour Heating several times in the past, and I've always been pleased with their work and the techs' professionalism.”

“Outstanding service related to a dead thermostat (on a day when we really needed the AC to be fully operational!).
1. Northern were the only provider able to send someone same-day (other providers offered me dates 5 days out);
2. Excellent communication from dispatch re: anticipated arrival time with a 30 min heads up message;
3. The engineer (Brian Peterson) was highly knowledgeable and identified the issue (a blown fuse on the furnace) immediately. He installed a new Nest thermostat and made sure it was fully operational.
4. While addressing the “issue at hand”, Brian provided valuable insights as to how to drive improved performance from our (somewhat curious) two-zone HVAC system. He promised me on arrival that he could teach a homeowner things about their house they didn’t know - he delivered on that promise!
5. I have used Northern before (to install a replacement water heater/combo boiler)..and been very happy with the quality of workmanship/communication and the people they employ etc. However, Brian’s service ethic today and sharing of “practical wisdom” convinced me of the benefits of signing up for a service plan, and directing all future work their way.
I cannot rate the service from Brian/Northern more highly. A really excellent experience.”

“What a fabulous company!!! I called Friday morning because my system was failing, by Friday afternoon they had sent out Matt! He was very knowledgeable, polite and knew his products and services!! I needed a new system and duct work (which I knew) he spent his time and coordinated to get his team out here the very next day on a Saturday to get my new system installed!! Greg,Jimmy and Chris were the crew who came and man I can not say enough about these guys, absolutely ROCKSTARS! They stayed here as long as it took to get the job done and did a phenomenal job, especially with how hot it was for them!
