He explained everything to me several times and even though the fix may only be temporary, he was very upfront with what could be done right now and what needs to be done extremely soon. He seemed to be extremely genuine and honest and unfortunately for him this was quite an emotional thing for me after going through a recent divorce. He explained the next steps for managing my systems. Jeremy, from their electrical department, spent a day installing can lighting, under cabinet lighting and fixtures. I was completely satisfied with all the work that was done in my home. Office support staff are very kind and helpful in setting up my account for payments and appointments.”
