“One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and technician Jacob did an awesome job. There was an opportunity for him to come earlier than the scheduled time and he took the initiative to reach out me. Jacob was very personable, active in the servicing of my AC/Heat inspection, and really considerate of my senior dog. I am assuming Jacob is in training. I observed that Jacob was very receptive to his mentor's guidance, actively following his direction when needed. Jacob and his mentor were extremely thorough, clearly explaining what was recommended for my system to continue running efficiently.”

“There were a total of 12 emoloyees involved in our Install al the way diwn to the vent cleaning. Every employee was professional did excellent work. Chris and the crew were very efficiant and did an excellent job. Our old air conditioner was 45 years old. He brought everything up to code, with the new system. Jeremy was also very professional. He explained all of our options and even stepped outside while we decided. He did not push oush us one way or the other. Both Jeremy and Drew impressed us. Drew was very professional and thorough. He explained things to where we could understand them. After 4 different companies, we finally found the right one.”
