I didn't have hot water until they assessed the issue accurately and moved swiftly to save the day, the week, and the rest of the winter! “Waking up to your home being 55 degrees with a new baby in the house is not a good feeling. After calling another (big) company in town at 5:30am and not hearing back by 8:30 I decided to call One Hour Heating and Air! Thankfully by 12pm Mario was here diagnosing the problem and got our heat going again. He was kind and efficient and the price was very reasonable for the repair and maintenance! I still have not heard back from the other company…”

The folks at 1 hour make everything easy; from the annual reminder, to scheduling the appointment, to the great technician, Jake, who walked me through each of the system checks (very thorough) and the great shape our units are in. “Brayton came out to assess our heating issue. He was able to answer any questions I had. He was professional and very informative. Chad came out to get measurements and estimates on replacement costs for both furnace and AC. He came up with a price of $16,200, which we thought was very reasonable. He was able to walk us through the financing and got us a payment that worked for us. Then Jason and Raul came out for the replacement of our old system. All in all great work from all. We are very appreciative as the temps have been below 20. I called on Sunday afternoon and had a technician at our door at 8 am Monday morning. Thanks again to everyone involved in helping us solve the issue. I will recommend One Hour heating and cooling to anyone who needs their services.”
