I first reached out to them for an emergency air conditioning issue, and even though it was in the middle of the night, Britney took my call with such warmth and professionalism. It was a long process, but she really set the tone for the excellent service to come. Jordan, the technician who arrived to assist, was beyond kind and patient. He helped us with the installation of a new air conditioner, and we were really impressed with his attention to detail. The company also provided some great discounts, which made the whole experience even better! Unfortunately, we encountered a manufacturer issue with the unit, but the team was incredibly prompt and responsive in addressing it. They made multiple follow-up visits to ensure everything was working properly, and each time they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and on-time. I was especially impressed by how they took the time to clean up after the installation and repairs, leaving no mess behind. What truly stands out is their commitment to making sure everything was working as it should. A week later, they even checked in to ensure we were still satisfied. “What a fabulous company!!! I called Friday morning because my system was failing, by Friday afternoon they had sent out Matt! He was very knowledgeable, polite and knew his products and services!! I needed a new system and duct work (which I knew) he spent his time and coordinated to get his team out here the very next day on a Saturday to get my new system installed!! Greg,Jimmy and Chris were the crew who came and man I can not say enough about these guys, absolutely ROCKSTARS! They stayed here as long as it took to get the job done and did a phenomenal job, especially with how hot it was for them! Definitely recommend One Hour heating and air out of Bradenton to service your home in the Punta Gorda/Deep creek area!!”

“This is our second time calling this company. We have had ongoing issues with our ac and furnace unit but we called to have it checked out. We have been told by other companies this or that may be the issue without ever giving specific findings. They both times were able to identify the issue and fix it quickly. The technician was friendly and explained what to do to prevent the current problem we were experiencing. I recommend this company if you don’t want unnecessary repairs and want the job done right.”

“These people are very good people, great at what they do and they really helped us out. Matthew was awesome and really showed that he cared and valued us. Working in customer service myself I can say that Matthew is a winner. He didn't just help us but he was early and fast as well. Very much appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone. Also found out they have 4x4 trucks now for the winter. Keep that in mind when your stuff goes out this next winter and it's snowing.”
