We called Dunn HVAC late Saturday night after realizing our air conditioning was not working. We paid the emergency trip charge and asked them to come the next morning. Cory Thrasher arrived as promised, quickly assessed the situation, clearly explained what he believed needed to be done, and repaired the unit promptly. Before he left, I asked about future maintenance because my husband and I do not always keep up with those things as well as we should. Cory was very helpful, gave us a great discount, and set us up with a maintenance agreement that includes service twice a year for both our heating and air conditioning systems. We felt very relieved knowing the system will now be properly maintained, and our air conditioner is working perfectly. Cory was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. We highly recommend Cory Thrasher and Dunn HVAC!
I wanted to leave a review for John because his customer service has been absolutely outstanding. My AC unit is currently experiencing some issues, and while we are currently waiting for a couple of parts to be shipped and installed to completely wrap up the repair, John has already made this a seamless experience. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful. What I appreciated most was his patience with all of my questions. I had a ton of concerns about what was wrong with the system, and John took the time to explain the entire situation to me clearly, breaking down exactly what the broken parts do and why they need to be replaced. It is rare to find a technician who takes the time to educate the customer rather than rushing to the next job. He has been incredibly helpful so far, and based on this initial visit, I have total confidence in his work! Avery Blondell who came out to install the parts that I needed did a wonderful job also and in the same respect was very courteous, respectful and had patience with all of my questions!!! Both of these young men were wonderful!!!
One hour will be my number 1 heating and air conditioning option. Ali did a great job by explaining how the air and heat system works. Aside checking for any issues with solutions, I learnt a lot from my appointment. Ali took his time to make sure my system was running great. Thank you.

Happy customer indeed. Charlene showed up and pinpointed that the Capacitor of the AC was bad. She changed it and made the house so comfortable. They are the only company that was available the same day. I am very very pleased and happy that I called them. Charlene was so kind and calm sharing me the plan they have to offer. The total was $378 and offered me the plan the silver for $16 a month and they will come to my house twice a year. I signed up for the silver plan or I Would’ve paid $478 if no plan. Thank you one hour for coming to my house.
Daryl was very efficient and friendly. As usual he knew what the issue was and corrected everything. Very dependable and trustworthy. Great tech!
My technician was Brian, his work was good, he came in and assessed the problem and had my part changed out in no time. I paid a service fee of $105 and $300 for a new capacitor. Google said that part can range from $150-$450 when installed by a HVAC technician so I guess it was reasonably priced.
Cesar did a great job in repairing our ac. He explained everything he did and his work was completed in a timely manner. Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reputable and experienced company. Very satisfied!
Great job, great timing. When others could not One Hour could. They saved us just before heat wave. Our AC had to be exchanged after being hit by lighting. I used One Hour guys again, like I did when buying my house. They are great, reliable and friendly. Thanks a lot.
