“We had an excellent experience with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. Jimmy W. was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain the entire process of repairing vs. replacing our system, answered all of our questions, and was completely honest about his findings and recommendations. His thoroughness and clear communication gave us total confidence in the decisions we made. Jimmy is truly amazing at what he does. The installation crew was equally impressive. Alvin K., Henry P., Elijah C., Sef M., Jodeci T., and Brandon A. were all very friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. They took pride in their work, explained each step of the job, and made sure everything was done carefully and correctly. We were especially impressed with Alvin, who went above and beyond to create a setup that will make future maintenance much easier. This was an awesome, highly professional team from start to finish. “This review was reposted so it could be put on top because I have an update -Jessie is a great technician and person. Jessie was kind very knowledgeable and worked very hard for a long time to resolve my issue. After going step by step with no short cuts we finally was able to resolve the problem. Jessie is very honest and truly wants to do right for his customers Update I needed a New Central unit ( heating and cooling) Andrew was the main person doing it. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. The unit was installed the correct way the on the first visit. They had to come back to do some extra work for me and they did comeback and did everything they promised. I was very happy with their work that I myself requested the ducts be replaced and my top ducts be cleaned because of my allergies. They gave me a fair price and I will update this with the ducts when done. Update Again. Regarding the Ducts. the bottom ducts were installed perfectly and everything went great with Andrew and his business partner. Another thing I really wanted a duct cleaning but delined it because the ducts that were going to be cleaned were put in when they built the home in the cealing. Andrew was honest and warned me that they were made out of flex and the equipment to clean it might tear it. I did not want to risk bringing down the cealing. Do Even though I would of loved the cleaning I really appreciates Andrews honesty. thank you!”

“We had our annual maintenance check up for our HVAC system today. The technician, Colton Course, was excellent. He did a thorough check of our system, and went through an extensive checklist of items with us, explaining all his findings. He was also a very nice, polite person. We have been a One Hour customer for about three years now, since they installed a new heat pump system. Their service has been consistently excellent.”

“We have been using Northern One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & Mister Sparky Electric for several years. We have the membership, and it has turned out to be a great decision. I called this morning, explaining what I knew about the situation, and they were able to send someone out same day. Today, Alex (who has been our technician on multiple different occasions over the past few years) was helping me troubleshoot an issue where our recently installed Furnace was having trouble keeping our house warm enough now that it’s getting colder outside. Alex went through the entire checklist, and sorted out our rather unique issue with solid troubleshooting technique. He identified the issue, and very empathetically explained the situation. Even though this wasn’t a repair that could be covered by warranty, he addressed everything in both a friendly, and professional manner. Pretty much every interaction that I have had with them has gone this way, and while you may never want to have to call them, every interaction I have had showed me that everyone from those answering phones and scheduling, to dispatch, to the on-site technicians, all seem to enjoy the work they do, and they lead every interaction with empathy, urgency, and understanding. These days, companies that deliver like this are in short supply, and I appreciate the culture they are clearly putting time and energy into building there.”
