Marcos took care of me and he was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire repair in getting my AC cooling. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, and you could tell he really knew his craft. What stood out most to me was how clean and organized he kept his work area. He was respectful of my home, picked up after himself, and left zero trace of the job behind—no remnants, no mess, nothing. That level of care goes a long way. I’ll definitely request DeAngelo again, whether it’s next year or sooner if I need service before then. One Hour Air has earned my trust, and this was an A+ experience from start to finish!”

“Aaron Anderson came back out, after another tech completed a furnace service and our system unexpectedly lost power to the attic circuit. He quickly diagnosed that a wire had inadvertently shorted, restored power, and thoroughly tested both the heat and air conditioning before leaving to make sure everything was working properly. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the visit, especially given that we were not home when he arrived. We truly appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to address the issue on Christmas Eve. Excellent service and follow-through.”

“We recently had One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Lee’s Summit install a brand-new furnace and heat pump, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ethan and his install crew were fantastic. They were quick, efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The install went smoothly, the job site was kept clean, and everything was explained clearly before they wrapped up. I also want to call out Brett Wilson, the technician who helped us leading up to the install. Brett was extremely professional and thorough. He laid out all of our options, handled the energy programs, rebates, and discounts, and ultimately saved my family a significant amount of money while still delivering a high-quality system that keeps our home comfortable. Great people, great service, and a company I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing HVAC work in the Lee’s Summit area.”

“I’ve been a customer of One Hour for over 20 years and although I’ve always been satisfied with their response and their work, my latest experience was exceptional. The young man, his name is Jake, was sent to my home to check out my malfunctioning air conditioner. After an extensive inspection of the system, he informed me that I had a few choices and explained them in detail. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable, giving me sufficient time to consider my choices. I will continue to be a customer of One Air and will definitely ask for Jake for my regular six months service calls.”

“From scheduling the estimate to speaking with employees to the installation, so far everything has been top notch. The gentleman that did the estimate was very courteous (made sure his shoes were clean and didn’t track dirt inside like another company did) and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and provided explanations to anything I asked. I was able to speak with the owner who got back to me quickly with answers, even after normal hours. The ladies in the office for scheduling and billing were easy to work with and the two tech that came out to do the work were great!! They laid drop cloths and even swept up after installing everything. Even with a late evening finish of replacing an entire HVAC system on a cold day close to Christmas, they always kept a great attitude and so far the system is working great!”

“Top-notch installation of our 2-stage Armstrong furnace. One Hour gave us a great deal on this furnace, dropping the price by $900. Also, after install, the 2nd stage never kicked in. They were prompt on sending Doug back out yesterday and he did some tweaking and the 2nd stage now kicks in! Love the quiet furnace and even heating throughout the house. Thanks One Hour! 👍🏻”
