Kalani was even kind enough to help replace one of our recessed lightbulbs that could only be reached with a super long ladder. They went above and beyond, couldn’t be more satisfied with their services (see photo!!!).”

He started by arriving on time, put on his protective booties, without me asking; and from start to finish Tim was the consummate professional! He explained everything he did in great detail, with photos, in a manner I could understand. I always appreciate when someone takes the time to speak in a language that helps you understand what they actually did. He made some great recommendations and I valued his clear and concise summary of the work. We also joined the maintenance club which we see a great deal of value in for maximizing future HVAC needs. Going forward I will ALWAYS ask for Tim Strowd, as I really believe he cares deeply about the services he offers. From when I first made the appointment, through the follow up after Tim left, as we had an estimate on future work he prepared, the process was seamless.
