“Brian worked very hard all day in the heat. We are happy with the installation. He explained that our new unit had a 10-year replacement warranty and 2 years of labor warranty. We received the unit warranty from the manufacturer, but we haven’t seen any documentation on the 2-year labor warranty. Please provide documentation.”

“Jake was so polite, helpful, friendly, made me comfortable, was on time, thorough (he spent all morning doing much needed maintenance on our two air conditioners and trouble shooting some major issues for us). He went above and beyond to help resolve our issue and prevented a major problem. I’m really happy that I chose this company to come out today and signed up for regular maintenance with them. He explained all the work he did and his recommendations very well. Pricing was very reasonable and the best part was i didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell anything or sell me something I didn’t need, which has been my issue with other companies. Thanks Jake!!”

“One hour was able to come out and quickly resolve my issue with low R22 refrigerant on my old 2005 trane unit. They topped me up with replacement refrigerant as R22 is no longer being produced. Price was a little high but that is to be expected during Austin summer, so you’re paying for the speedy resolution, which these guys definitely did. From call to resolution was around an hour. I will definitely get an estimate from them once my AC unit needs to be replaced in a few months, but I know I’ll get a great offer from them. Blake was a real professional!”
