“Despite the snow forecasted for today, our technician Damon made the 1.5 hour trek to our home. Once here, he did a thorough inspection of our unit to include meticulously cleaning the motherboard. He was eager to share exactly what he was doing - he took the time to demonstrate what needed to be done in between visits and answered all my questions. He's also a cat dude, so that definitely won me and my cat Tortilla over (cats know cat people and good people - trust the cat). I have been a One Hour customer for nearly 20 years and service like this is why I stay with them.”

“Robert was fantastic! I really want to thank them and so grateful they were able to come out so quickly and fix the issue. On one of the coldest days our heating stopped working at 6 PM on Friday evening and we were worried we would have to be without heat over the weekend since most places were closed or charging ‘emergency fee’ to come out but Robert and his team was fantastic! They literally came within the 30-40 mins and fixed the problem. He also took his time to explain what the issue was which is always helpful. We really appreciate it the and would highly recommend.”

“John and Rose very professional and down to earth. The diagnostic was quick and efficient , explained everything that they were doing. Once the problems were found. John went through all the pricing options to include One hour comfort club and total home package. Before making a decision on the repairs, the parts were confirmed to be stock. They cleaned up their work area accounted for all tools. Went to get the parts needed to make repairs returned within and hour installed parts, ran checks performed the heat system tune up. Op checked the system everything ran great. Cleaned up the work area accounted for all their tools. Completed paperwork, payment and made sure I didn't have anymore questions. Shook hands told me to have a Great day. I'm super satisfied heat is on house is nice and toasty. Thanks John and Rosie.”

“Albert was a great HVAC Technician. He diagnosed the issues quickly and finished the repair in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable and honest about the service required. He changed out the capacitor and the flush switch and gave the air handler an anti-bacterial treatment. He left the area very clean, flushed my drain pipe, and my A/C is no longer leaking. Very grateful for a solid, fast service!”
