“I called one hour air-conditioning and heating because the outside fan did not turn off when the air conditioner shut off. It would only turn off if I shut down the breaker. They had a technician, Weston, come out to my house that every day. He was very thorough in his inspection and showed me different things about the air conditioner and explained exactly what he thought was going on. He was very thoughtful and kind and even joked around with us a little bit. Fortunately for us, the issue was a quick, simple fix and we only paid the travel fee or show fee, whatever it’s called. I will definitely call this company again for any future needs for my air conditioner heater. Five out of five stars!”

“After contacting some Hour A/C & Heating and their thorough and reliable inspection of our system, I hired this company to replace our system. The company sent Gustavo and his team and no surprise that they surpassed our expectations. “If I could give ten stars I would. Everyone I encountered was very professional and kind. Customer service is a rare commodity these days. However these folks nailed it. My furnace had to be replaced. It was like 35 years old and parts that were needed to repair was obsolete. They all work so well together as a team. I appreciate all of you so very much. Grateful to have met you all. Thank you 😊”

“Brian’s a great technician!! He came out in a timely fashion to get my furnace back up and running to make it through the night. He came back out and did the necessary repairs. I felt like he didn’t try to rip me off in a time of need. Great company!! Keep up the good work!!!”

“Had a great inspection and visit from Patrick Callis. He was friendly and helped explained to my Dad and I how are AC System was working and made a few suggestions and recommendations about how we could prepare for the future in case something went wrong. I appreciate the friendliness and how there wasn't an aggressive push to spend money, but just warnings about the age of our system. Overall a great experience.”

“Very happy customer- came out on the last minute- Dale Hagen is a friendly guy and even pet my dog - He’s a very understanding. He works fast and he gets the job done. I will recommend him to the rest of my family when they have HVAC Problems etc. ** also, when I called, I don’t know who answered the phone, but they went out their way to help me out and I want to thank that person also- Hopefully, they read this review and know who I’m speaking of- if you are reading this, I wanna thank you also and have an amazing New Year’s to you and your family**”

“Brian, Steve and Owen have been fantastic helping me with my electric issues. They are thourough, knowledgeable and very kind! Brian and Owen did a fanastic job of installing a light fixture and over range microwave. They were so nice and gave my dog treats!”
