We had Alex & Andy from One Hour at our house yesterday to clean our ducts and do some routine maintenance on our hvac. Both were great! They knew what they were doing and were happy to talk about my system with me. Would definitely have them back out.
Our blower motor stopped working in our furnace so a/c, called another company and got a high quote because our hot water tank was too close to remove furnace motor, called one hour heating and a/c, Alex came out and half the price later doggies aren’t panting ( also he didn’t have to move hot water tank) Ty One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

1) When our air conditioner failed after hours, we actually reached a real person who scheduled our repairs for the next day. 2) Greg Nieves was the expert who arrived, and we were immediately impressed with his reliability, knowledge, and efficiency. He knew what he was doing, quickly gained our trust, and guided us to the best option. When one finds integrity and pride in a job well done, it is important to acknowledge that. We didn't know about One-Hour before yesterday, are well satisfied and have now become a regular client.
Zo was fantastic! He came to my home to diagnose an issue with my AC and immediately impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and decades of experience. He arrived prepared with the right tools, took the time to explain what was happening and helped me understand the different options available.
