“Called them at 6:00 and they were here by 7:30. In addition the tech who came out Devon, has one heck of a resume in the HAVC business. His education is non-paralleled. Devon fixed my problem and went over and above to make sure the whole unit air handler and compressor were working perfectly before he left. On top of that, he's a really nice guy! Their prices are ridiculously fair and the work is extremely clean and neat. I'm glad I tripped over them! They are my go-to from now on!”

“My A/C went out on a Thursday night. I called in Friday morning to schedule an appointment with One Hour. Brandon arrived Friday afternoon to assess and give me several options. He explained each one in detail and didn't push me in my decision making. Keep in mind, my heating and cooling unit was 26 years old. I decided to go with the best option available, especially since they offered payment plans. Saturday morning, bright and early, Cameron and Sedric arrived. Without hesitation, they got straight to work, removing my old units, cleaning all my duct work (which has never been done) and prepping for the new units going in. Sedric and Cameron put me at ease with their professional approach and attitude during the entire job. After working tirelessly all day, I now have a brand new, updated, top of the line heating and cooling system, with a great warranty and a piece of mind. I can't thank these guys enough for their knowledge, professionalism and respect for my home. Thank you One Hour and especially Brandon, Sedric and Cameron for a job well done!”
