“Brad was very helpful in explaining the issue. We had a new AC unit installed last week and it was not working as well as we thought it should. Brad came out and was able to identify a few areas that needed to be adjusted, he fixed them and the AC seems to be running as it should now. Brad seems very knowledgeable, he is pleasant and was very good to work with.”

“Alicia was very kind and sweet . She is an amazing listener and very thorough with her work. She treated me with care and More like I was family than just a customer .She explained everything in a way that I could understand what was going on with my system. One hour is very blessed to have her she is such a sweetheart with good morals! I would definitely recommend her to anybody I come across and I only want her to come out and service my AC from now on . She is the BEST part of one hour thank you for sending her out ! “We needed help getting our AC and furnace serviced. One Hour technician Alex Vang arrived in a very timely manner and his communication about arrival time was prompt and spot on. He was very professional and gave our dog Zara some loving, we know she appreciated that. Alex was very informative and talked us through his findings and walked us through what was needed. Alex also checked with us throughout the repair and at the end to make sure we didn’t need anything else. We would highly recommend One Hour for your heating and air needs.
