The original visit purpose was to discuss relocating our thermostat to another area of our home to balance the heating and cooling temps between opposite ends of our home. Our technician (Spencer) helped us to understand WHY the imbalance existed. The original company hadn't configured the thermostat correctly. It was configured for a gas furnace, but we actually have electric. Therefore, the furnace was not functioning as expected. IMMEDIATE difference, and most of all... No expenses in relocating the thermostat! I'll be having Duggan's return very soon to install a "soft start" mechanism for my AC unit. These men and women are VERY good!”
