“Eric showed up the allotted time he said he would arrive. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and proffessional. He went over step by step as to what he was checking for and what he was doing. He took time to answer my questions without appearing annoyed while he continued to do his job. He did not try to sell me a new unit or tell me I needed anything more than a repair job and continued service.
