Without hesitation, they got straight to work, removing my old units, cleaning all my duct work (which has never been done) and prepping for the new units going in. After working tirelessly all day, I now have a brand new, updated, top of the line heating and cooling system, with a great warranty and a piece of mind. The weather has been extremely hot, and our A/C system couldn’t cool the house below 78°F. An AC expertee named Joe Rider came to inspect the system and performed a thorough inspection of the air ducts, outdoor unit, air filter, and other components. He carefully explained the results of each inspection, answered all of our questions, and provided helpful recommendations. He was very patient, professional, and friendly throughout the visit. We are extremely satisfied with the service and had an excellent maintenance experience.
We just had our 6 month inspection of our AC system from OneHour. The technician Matthew was really knowledgeable and professional. He took all the time we needed to answer all our questions and thoroughly examined our unit. Very nice experience.
