James from Mr.Sparky found the electrical issue, and then James from One Hour showed and knew EXACTLY what needed to be done to complete our AC unit repair. "Excellent service, Kevin the poor fella got out of bed to come after hours, but he showed up quickly even though he had a long drive, he was very nice and respectful had a good positive attitude even though it was getting late, and straight to the point. No games or beating around the bush trying to up sell, he showed up, heres your problem, here's what it takes to fix it. Hopefully I don't have to call a AC tech again for a while but if I do it would definitely be Kevin without a second guess!"
