We were having trouble getting a scheduled maintenance on our air conditioner that we bought from the above. My husband called & reminded One Hour that we've been canceled 3 times. They sent Tristan. He called & asked if we still wanted him to come out. It would be 6:15pm (after their hours). Tristan stayed almost 2 hours. He completely performed an extremely thorough update, cleaning & calibrating of our 2 year old air conditioning unit. He then wrote out the rundown of what he did.
