“I have a system that is ~12 years old now and recently needed some work done to fix a loss of cool air flow. I got satisfiable service quickly, found it was a capacitor issue and we were good to go. But at this point in the age of the system, I figured it was a good idea to start getting regular check ups. They had a good sounding little program at One Hour for biannual service, and so I took them up on it. Just had my first Fall/Winter checkup, and Brandon was a nice guy who was very helpful. He gave the whole system a lookover, then went over with me any areas of concern. Each concerning point he supported with pictures of the components and respective measurements. I was then free to browse all the bottom line services and choose what I wanted done if anything. All prices were up front and were bottom line, no service fees topped on later. The transparency of the whole process was a huge plus for me. I'm not an HVAC expert, but I also don't like feeling like I'm getting jerked around, so I'm a very skeptical person when it comes to service recommendations. I felt informed enough the whole time to make my decision confidently, and I like that. Overall, my initial impressions of One Hour Air is great. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update it here.”

“Aaron Anderson came back out, after another tech completed a furnace service and our system unexpectedly lost power to the attic circuit. He quickly diagnosed that a wire had inadvertently shorted, restored power, and thoroughly tested both the heat and air conditioning before leaving to make sure everything was working properly. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the visit, especially given that we were not home when he arrived. We truly appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to address the issue on Christmas Eve. Excellent service and follow-through.”

“One Hour A/C to the rescue one more. Blaine did an amazing job of ensuring our duct issues were resolved. He also took the time to explain why the issue had possibly occurred and what he did to resolve it. He is an excellent technician and is a wonderful asset to the company. “We had a wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience from Cameron when he came out to do our maintenance inspection. He was very thorough and took time to explain everything he was seeing and we trusted him right away because we could see he truly cared. He finished taking care of the cleaning our unit needed and adding the overflow switch so we would be able to avoid a previously stressful situation. We made a new friend by the time he had completed the job at our home.
