“Shannon is an excellent representative for One Hour. He arrived on time and was very professional. We explained what we knew about when we realized the unit had stopped working. And that we had checked to ensure the outdoor unit had not iced up. He checked all the outside unit to ensure everything was okay and it was. After checking the inside unit, he determined that the drain line had clogged up and the water backup cause the sensor to shut the unit down. Drain was cleaned and unit is working fine. We welcome Shannon back to service our unit any time.”
