We needed to replaced our old HVAC system in our church due to age and issues with the old unit. We called a few companies to get an estimate but one hour AC Service seems to be the best of all they came out and gave us an estimate that was right within our budget. They out at the earliest convenience after approve and did the work. Everything turns out great, we now have a new HVAC system installed in our church and we were happy with overall service. 10/10 recommend Dustin to service and repair all of your HVAC needs! Thanks to him, I am able to keep my AC on 64-67° year round which is a must for me since I stay hot all the time! He was very honest about the repairs I needed, and didn't try to make me purchase more than what was necessary. He showed me that he truly care about his customers! My air wasn't working right. Dustin came out and quickly identified the problem and got it working right. My unit is 19 years old and instead of pushing me to buy a new unit, Dustin quickly identified an electrical issue and repaired it on the spot. He mentioned this issue would have been discovered on a routine maintenance. So I signed up for their maintenance plan to help my unit last longer because they clean your coils and it's only $209 a year for my system!
