“Our furnace broke on one of the coldest night this winter. We called One Hour first thing in the morning and they gave us an appt for that same day. Thankfully they had a cancellation and were able to get us seen five hours sooner. Our technician was Jelani Quintana and he was excellent. He spent time assessing our furnace and finding the problem. He gave me a thorough explanation with multiple options that fit our budget. Jelani was patient, kind, and detail oriented. They have done other work in our home and we highly recommend them.”

“Replaced our heater that is in a tough location to access. Fanklin, Rodrigo, and Rynerl went above and beyond to get the job done when other companies didn’t want to do the job. They did not leave until we had heat during a very long cold snap. They even offered space heaters to keep us warm till the job was done, which wasn’t long after they gave their estimate.
