My heater started acting up a day before the big snow storm. Juan came out that same day and throughly looked at everything and it turned out to be an easy fix. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and I really appreciate that they were able to fit me in today. I will definitely be using them soon for maintenance on my heater and other things.

Our furnace broke on one of the coldest night this winter. We called One Hour first thing in the morning and they gave us an appt for that same day. Thankfully they had a cancellation and were able to get us seen five hours sooner. Our technician was Jelani Quintana and he was excellent. He spent time assessing our furnace and finding the problem. He gave me a thorough explanation with multiple options that fit our budget. Jelani was patient, kind, and detail oriented. They have done other work in our home and we highly recommend them.
