You know how most service technicians will show up late? Well, in this case, I was the one running late and my tech, Devon McCormick, was kind enough to wait for me. Not only that, but when he realized the part we needed was in stock in a nearby warehouse and it would save me a trip back down to our rental property. He ran out and got it same day to fix the issue. Devon’s commitment to me as a random customer, his knowledge and ability to trouble shoot, and willingness to go the extra mile have made me a customer for life. This man not only deserves a raise, but a promotion so he can teach others what it means to be excellent. Give this man a raise!!
Shawn went above and beyond to make me feel confident that my HVAC unit will not have another major issue. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated that he did not skip steps or try to rush through the job—he took the time to be thorough and make sure everything was properly reviewed and addressed. Jason arrived and reviewed the system to confirm the issues that were identified by a previous technician. He confirmed issues while also pointing out that the speed of my blower fan was set to low. He addressed the issues identified while also avoiding an additional part installation that was previously recommended and ended up saving me money from the original quote. One Hour was the only contractor that worked with me to fix the system whereas others quickly recommended an entire new unit. This type of approach will ensure that when I am in a position to replace the unit it will be through One Hour.
