"Every single person that came out to our home was respectful and listened to our concerns. We were having ventilation issues but our AC unit was running fine so it was a bit out of the norm. We had the system looked at by another HVAC company who gave us costs a few thousand dollars higher and didn’t do as thorough a job at explaining and setting expectations. Bobby came out to our home and was super respectful and knowledgeable, my husband had a lot of questions and he answered everything. Not only that but he had us an estimate that day and installers out to look at the system to confirm what could be done within 3 business days. The installers were able to get to work that day and address our concerns SAME DAY! They put down floor protectors and cleaned up all messed created from the work. The installers themselves were also respectful of the house and knowledgeable walking us through the system. We had another gentleman come out the next day to move our system away from the wall for better airflow. He was very helpful and respectful of my garden that was right next to it even though he had to pull up some brick to set it up. Overall we will be using this company again and I am thrilled with the service. (Also they were very nice to our cats and dog) 😁"

"Our AC went out and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was able to send a tech out quickly to diagnose the issue (even late in the afternoon). Jordan did a great job reviewing our system and narrowing down the problem with our unit. He was very thorough and provided great technical details on what was wrong and causes. He gave us several options to proceed and we ended up replacing our unit. We are very pleased with the turnaround time! Eddie and Tucker did an excellent job installing our new system quickly and professionally! System works great! Thanks to the entire team who got us out of the heat on such short notice! "I had a fantastic experience with the furnace installation service. The installer SHAWN AND DAN was not only prompt and professional but also demonstrated excellent attention to detail. The heating system works flawlessly, and I appreciate the thoroughness of the entire process. I can now see the humidifier is for sure working and he even put the "thing" so I can adjust the humidity inside the house. And was surprise they put the carbon monoxide alarm too. I'm so happy! "Great service from this company. Tom Miller came out to give me a quote and look at my current system. He was very knowledgeable and considered my needs and wants. He gave a wide selection of possible new systems at varying price points without pressuring to get any specific type or plan. He also addressed my question regarding moving an existing air supply trunk and ducts away from my electrical panel wall. Fred Gilbert, Edis, and Tucker did the installation, they were very courteous and polite. They worked their butts off for almost 9 hours taking out the old system and installing the new one. They were also very knowledgeable in explaining the ins and outs of the system to us. They had 5 trucks at one point knocking everything out! Find that in another company 🙌 Cody Hanser and Erik did the duct cleaning work, they were great. They did the cleaning and more! They found a couple of problems in the pre-existing ductwork and fixed them (new supply line and sealing return duct pockets) without even batting a eye. Overall the team did a great job, they worked quick and had consideration with what they were doing. They seemed like they truly enjoy what they do for a living and care about the clients they work for. I appreciate them for looking for us."

"Bill arrived to assess my broken a/c within 4 hours of me calling and was very helpful, personable, and professional. Eddie and Tucker came out to replace my a/c 2 days later. I was very impressed with all the service people who helped. I was told they have an independent review service that will come out next week and look over all the work that was done and make sure it is up to regulatory standards - great peace of mind.
