On this hot holiday weekend, we unfortunately had our outside ac unit shut off. I called around to different heating and cooling companies and all were booked up to 4 days or more days. With a pregnant wife and pup in the house we couldn’t wait up to 4 days. I called One Hour and they were able to get someone out to me the very next day and when I say I was relieved to have someone come out to check the issue I was so thankful. We were blessed to have Jason B. come out and take a look. He was able to give us a diagnostic breakdown and was very knowledgeable. He not once pressured us to buy or purchase something we didn’t need. He helped us find the best option, and because of his great work and ability. Our unit is working on cooling itself down. Shawn went above and beyond to make me feel confident that my HVAC unit will not have another major issue. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. I recently had service done on my AC, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Cody was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with my system in a way that actually made sense. What really stood out was his willingness to walk me through some basic maintenance tips so I can keep things running smoothly moving forward. It’s not often you get someone who genuinely wants to help you understand your equipment rather than just fix it and leave. He diagnosed and solved my AC issue quickly and efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since.
