You know how most service technicians will show up late? Well, in this case, I was the one running late and my tech, Devon McCormick, was kind enough to wait for me. Not only that, but when he realized the part we needed was in stock in a nearby warehouse and it would save me a trip back down to our rental property. He ran out and got it same day to fix the issue. Devon’s commitment to me as a random customer, his knowledge and ability to trouble shoot, and willingness to go the extra mile have made me a customer for life. This man not only deserves a raise, but a promotion so he can teach others what it means to be excellent. Give this man a raise!!
Shawn went above and beyond to make me feel confident that my HVAC unit will not have another major issue. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated that he did not skip steps or try to rush through the job—he took the time to be thorough and make sure everything was properly reviewed and addressed. You guys did an excellent job. My heat went out in the middle of the night and you were able to get here the same day to make sure it was back up and running. I was lucky and it only needed a reset and filter change. I was only charged for the technician inspection, super fair and super affordable. I will likely be signing up for their maintenance program for future issues and cleaning.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the work this team did. They installed a gas furnace and a heat pump in a single day, and the level of professionalism and coordination was outstanding. What really stood out was how well the team worked together—everyone moved in sync, clearly experienced and organized. They didn’t just install the equipment; they also made necessary adjustments to the ductwork and ensured everything was fully code compliant. Safety was clearly a top priority. They performed pressure testing on the gas line and proactively identified and fixed a few leaks, making sure everything was secure and operating safely before wrapping up. A big thank you to Shawn (team lead), Jason, Tucker, Eddie, Jake, and Craig for such a thorough and high-quality job. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable and skilled HVAC work.
Awesome technician Kenny! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Furnace is 8 years old and running fine. Appointment schedule was very timely. Technician Oak Fields arrived promptly and diligently worked to find that the 220 volt line was an open circuit to the outside unit. (We recently moved into this home) He recommended and scheduled Mr Sparky to confirm his findings that very same day! The next day AC running beautifully. Thanks to all!
