Had a good amount of work done on the hvac system, with a duct cleaning, and some parts installed on my system. Justice and Jett came by early and promptly got to work. They did an excellent job of explaining exactly what I should expect. They were very detailed and respectful of my house. I felt comfortable inviting them into my house to do the work they needed to get done. They also helped us understand why they were suggesting certain repairs and gave us a fair amount of time with no pressure to make a decision on whether to get additional repairs done or not. As far as getting the service scheduled, the service was available the same week. I recommend keeping up with the preventive maintenance membership for your HVAC needs.

21 May 2026 Yesterday we had a new American Standard HVAC system installed by One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning here in Clarksville TN. First we want to commend Justice and Jett who did the installation. They were professional, courteous, and hardworking. They respected us and our property. They answered all our questions. The AC is working beautifully. We have not had to use the heat yet but we have been assured that if we have any questions or problems we can call and they will be there for us. They cleaned everything up when they had finished and removed all the old equipment. They showed us how everything works and how to set the new thermostat The reasons we chose them over the other companies that we personally interviewed are; The rebate from The Electric Company for having installed a new HVAC. When asked to see their certifications, the Technicians were able to show us their certification necessary with the Government according to government regulations; the Contractor or Specialty License required by the EPA. 3.)They provided a scheduled maintenance check at no extra cost.
