“Very impressed with Tristin from One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating when he arrived today for our maintenance check on our unit. He was very friendly & professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the maintenance process. He also took the time to recommend the UV system which will help keep our system working effectively and more efficiently. Our first contact with One Hour was with John 6 months ago who came out for a service call and ended up signing us up for the maintenance program. John also was very courteous & professional. Highly recommend this company!”

“AC went out Wednesday night & we called them close to 10:00 PM. They offered next day to arrive between 8-10 AM. Service call that early was an extra $50, which we were glad to pay since the house was at a sweltering 82 degrees with high humidity & no air circulating. We were so glad to be able to call someone so late, speak to an actual person, and then have technicians out so soon the next day. We didn't know who to call, and were hesitant to try a company we didn't know, but couldn't be happier. Jose & Keo were great. They were very professional, made the repair, and we were back to cooling!”

“I walked into a warm house after working out, not to mention it just happen to be the hottest day of the year., I called 1 hour and Mr. Cavanaugh came out immediately with tools in hand. He went straight to work, wasted no time as he saw me sitting in my car trying to cool off. Minutes later he said it’s all done and was I relieved to have my air back on and running, he explained everything in detail so that I understood what to do to extend the life of my unit in the future. Good service is always appreciated.”

“Chase was very professional. He was able to troubleshoot and determine that a part had failed. He had the replacement part in his van and was able to change out in a few minutes. Explained what he did and got our system up and running and it started to cool down the house. Chase was very knowledgeable and so easy to talk with and carry on a conversation. Glad he helped us out.”
