Mark Racz arrived at the designated time. he was VERY professional & courteous. Explained multiple options & answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Having a completely new system installed. As for the installation, there was ONE issue that greatly concerned me that I mentioned to the installers that they corrected before they left.
There were three men there and Robert and his crew did a great job. They worked hard and efficient and were good company. I am very pleased with what they accomplished. Service is always outstanding with Mitchell's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. They are quick to get a technician out and make sure your needs are taken care of. Justus Papp was the latest technician to come out, and he was amazing. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, what needed to be done, and made sure we were comfortable with the plan. He returned two days later to complete the job, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I truly appreciate the hard work and genuine care that everyone at this company puts in. I was very impressed with Nick’s help today. Very polite and knowledgeable. I’ve been on Mitchell’s Maintenance for a few years now and have found their people ti be very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They come out twice a year. Once in the Spring ti check my A/C and in the late Fall/early Winter to check my HVAC! Gives me peace of mind! great job!
