Ronald walker did my annual inspection today and I was pleased with his service. I did ask to have the filter in the dehumidifier changed and was told it was fine, I’m only concerned because I’ve been told in the past it needs to be changed annually. Also, it seems to run a lot and filters are important. Ronald and his assistant both were very polite and professional and answered all my questions.
The young men were awesome! Austin was so affable and explained every step of the procedure to me. He also answered all my questions in language that a layman could understand. These young professionals deserve a raise!
