The office was quick to answer the phone, responsive, and their pricing was fair. Charles was our technician, and he was fantastic. I explained what was going on with our AC, and he found the problem almost immediately. After fixing it, he didn’t just leave—he took the time to check everything else to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He was thorough, efficient, and had everything working again in no time. What really stood out to me was how kind and patient he was. We have a large, energetic dog and a very loud baby, and neither of those phased him at all. He was incredibly patient, never seemed irritated, and was so understanding while I was tending to my baby. He even went above and beyond by cleaning our intake vent because he noticed it was filthy. That wasn’t something I expected, but it was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service, excellent technician, and an overall great experience. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

Since then, Juan went through several promotions as an Installer, Lead installer, and Install Manager. Juan continued to expand his knowledge in air conditioning and began training as a Comfort Advisor. For eight years, Juan took on the role of Install Manager and Comfort Advisor. And now, for the past two years, Juan has been a full-time Comfort Advisor. Juan has continued learning and growing within the company for over two decades.

Juan has lived in the Corpus area all his life and plans to retire here. Juan enjoys listening to music and taking long rides on his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Juan has raised two sons in Portland and feels like this is a great community to live in. Juan also enjoys spending time with his family, especially his new granddaughter.
