He was friendly and helped explained to my Dad and I how are AC System was working and made a few suggestions and recommendations about how we could prepare for the future in case something went wrong. I appreciate the friendliness and how there wasn't an aggressive push to spend money, but just warnings about the age of our system. Overall a great experience.
