“Great company. I messaged through Google for estimates. They would respond in a timely manner. Ross came out for estimates and answered my questions. Very patient and helpful. Technicians came out to install. Knowledgeable and again answered any questions that I had, patience and did their job good. Ross would follow up to make sure all jobs are done good for your home. And one little detail, they respect your home. They made sure they put disposable shoe covers on when they enter your house.”

“Yesterday Collin and Andrew came out to to our duct spraying and sealing they went above and beyond for us. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of work done. They do honest hard work. Also Spencer was very nice about bringing parts that we didn’t know we needed at no cost to us. If you need some work done don’t waste your time with other companies. Call these guys they know what they are doing and are very helpful and hard working.”

“I usually don’t leave reviews, however I feel this is a well deserved review! I had not heard of pass til my son had called them to come look at my air conditioner. I knew the old gal was past her prime 33 years to be exact! A rep came over never pressured us to buy a new unit spelled out what we figured was wrong and we decided to purchase a new unit and the duct spray. The first day the unit was installed. Day 2 we got the spray! The gentleman who sprayed went above and beyond to make sure (Collin Andrew), our experience was A plus. He even found things he felt needed replaced to help our efficiency and he replaced it at the company’s expense I realize people say they are a little more expensive but for the honesty and professionalism of the crew it is well worth any small amount difference. I haven’t written a review in over 20 years! But I am well pleased and I believe it is deserved.”

“We were left without AC tonight. Our regular repair tech couldn’t make it until tomorrow so we called One Hour Heating and Cooling tonight. Our tech, Ozzy showed up within a hour and had our AC back up and running quickly. Ozzy was fast, friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. We were very happy with our service from your company and Ozzy’s customer service was top notch!!”

“Taylor and Chanen were great! Very well at communicating what all was going on and also about things they found while installing the duct work. Cleaned everything up and were very aware of our animals not getting out while they were coming in and out. Hard to find people who are caring!! I appreciate all they did! Wonderful guys!!”
