We had an unexpectedly stressful situation where we needed to replace our HVAC system, and One Hour Heating & Cooling was one of several companies we contacted for an estimate. From the very beginning, Rob, the owner, stood out. He was incredibly down-to-earth, honest, and took the time to explain everything to us in detail without making us feel pressured. After meeting with several companies, Rob was by far our favorite, and we felt very comfortable choosing his team for the job. It truly felt like we were becoming part of a family rather than just being another number at a large company, and that made a huge difference to us. The installation team was just as impressive. They were professional, respectful, clean, and truly top-class guys. They did an excellent job and left everything neat and tidy. 1) When our air conditioner failed after hours, we actually reached a real person who scheduled our repairs for the next day. 2) Greg Nieves was the expert who arrived, and we were immediately impressed with his reliability, knowledge, and efficiency. He knew what he was doing, quickly gained our trust, and guided us to the best option. When one finds integrity and pride in a job well done, it is important to acknowledge that. We didn't know about One-Hour before yesterday, are well satisfied and have now become a regular client.
Zo was fantastic! He came to my home to diagnose an issue with my AC and immediately impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and decades of experience. He arrived prepared with the right tools, took the time to explain what was happening and helped me understand the different options available. Most importantly, he genuinely cared about finding the right solution for both my needs and my budget rather than simply pushing the most expensive option. Excellent service and top quality repair technicians. We brought out another company and they insisted we needed to spend over $10,000 for a new A/C system and for $267 One Hour Heating and Cooling repaired our A/C. We are so grateful to work with a trustworthy company. I highly recommend them!
Gage did an amazing job with repairing my HVAC unit. He had the part I needed a day before he came out to my home. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I needed a blower motor. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. Gage arrived when he said he would. I will most definitely be calling One hour heating and AC again. Anthony did a great job assessing the issue and fixing it! We were able to repair our unit and get the house cool again. He was very professional and informative and even took a look at the furnace for us. Would reccomend.
