“We had problems with our unit the level of attention we received from Simmons One hour heating was great everything was handle in an extremely professional manner by Daniel with consideration to our home and property. “Simmons came to fix our HVAC when we couldn't get anyone else to come- they were incredibly detailed, kind and did an amazing job. We had 2 different techs, with a few unfortunate surprises in our repair that made the process longer than we'd hoped- but we knew they were fixing our unit correctly and kept taking the right steps to make sure we were squared away. “Technicians Cameron and Garrett were very knowledgeable, honest and very pleasant. They both explained everything they were doing. Cameron showed me how to change the filters. They explained about the pan inside my unit and the product I could purchase that would help with mold and mildew. They said it would help with the life of my unit by keeping the lines clean.
