He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful of my decisions of how I would like to proceed. I must add… I’ve been with Simmons since 1993 when they installed a system in my previous house. “This is the first time I've left a review for anything. The only reason I'm doing it now is because I feel like it's worth it. I'm in Robeson county in north carolina. I started having problems with my 13 year old ac unit about a year ago. I reached out to Simmions one hour heating and air and have been very satisfied. I spoke with Courtney on the phone she handled my scheduling and kept me informed of any changes that would happen. Ryan was my technician. He did the job in a timely manner and was very informative cause trust me I had plenty of questions. That is what lead me to speaking with Daniel about a quote for a new unit. He was very professional and sold me on the decision of a new unit without being pushy and forced into having to make a decision right a way.I can't speak on the other employee's of this company or other people's experiences, but I can say it's because of these three employee's I will be staying with Simmons one hour heating and air for all my future ac needs.”

“Technicians Cameron and Garrett were very knowledgeable, honest and very pleasant. They both explained everything they were doing. Cameron showed me how to change the filters. They explained about the pan inside my unit and the product I could purchase that would help with mold and mildew. They said it would help with the life of my unit by keeping the lines clean. These two men are very thorough. I would definitely recommend these two men for your heat and air conditioning services. Thank you both for your excellent work ethic and attention to detail. “Cameron is great! He also had a trainee with him, Garrett. Both guys were very friendly and easy to talk with. Showed me pictures of what they inspected and gave me a good report of everything being just fine. I did not pay anything this day since we are on the service plan with the company and this is all part of that. Very professional service!”
