Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. “We had problems with our unit the level of attention we received from Simmons One hour heating was great everything was handle in an extremely professional manner by Daniel with consideration to our home and property.
