Nathan came out and was able to find out what was wrong with my unit quickly. He was very professional, yet extremely personable and polite. I was given several options with prices that made it very easy for me to decide which path to take. He also explained in detail and to where I could understand fully what the issue was with my unit. I even ended up opting for their maintenance program due to his great service in personality.
Colton went above and beyond servicing my system above their normal yearly tune up. As always he gave me the breakdown they give everyone at the end of the service and didn't talk down to me once he knew that I was familiar with capacitors. He gave me the amps, volts and the years my system has been in service. Provided photos of issue spots. As a disabled veteran with one arm, I am not able to do or see what he can during a service so being able to produce pictures of problem areas, and future problems helps me budget out the repairs I will need to make. I love Simmons because they always have professional, polite employees and it was a bonus he loved dogs. Mine is in the last stages of her life and he treated her like she was his own. Our AC unit fan stopped working suddenly so I called around for pricing and scheduled them to come out. Our tech Nate was absolutely phenomenal. He was very kind and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions confidently. We were scared of a high bill but with the military discount they offer it was very affordable. 10/10 definitely recommend them and if anything happens again we will 100% be asking for Nate.
