As a disabled veteran with one arm, I am not able to do or see what he can during a service so being able to produce pictures of problem areas, and future problems helps me budget out the repairs I will need to make. I love Simmons because they always have professional, polite employees and it was a bonus he loved dogs. Mine is in the last stages of her life and he treated her like she was his own. Our AC unit fan stopped working suddenly so I called around for pricing and scheduled them to come out. Our tech Nate was absolutely phenomenal. He was very kind and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions confidently. We were scared of a high bill but with the military discount they offer it was very affordable. 10/10 definitely recommend them and if anything happens again we will 100% be asking for Nate.
