Overall best experience ever! Kind, helpful, Product knowledge was on point on a/c plus knowledgeable about our water heater (which ended up being the issue ) even though wasn’t his or his company’s fix. Josh let us know the problem and pointed us in the right direction’. Most guys would have said not our problem now pay us hundreds and leave.
