They were all so kind, personable, helpful, and informative. I also spoke to Luke’s wife who also works there. Forgive me for not remembering her name, but she too was very kind, helpful, and professional. All of them really worked with me to find the best solution to my HVAC issues in as low of a cost as possible. I really appreciate how they showed that they care about their clients. I was also informed that One Hour Heating and Cooling really cares about their employees which makes them love the work that they do. They treat each other like family. His knowledge was remarkable—he took the time to walk us through every detail, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt completely confident in the work being done. “Adrian was great! Very quick and thorough install. He asked me alot of questions throughout the install about my preferences which was great. Like what way do I want my unit facing, what is my ideal humidity etc. It was amazing having ac again being able to sleep in my bed again.”
