You were on time very informative, explained the plan of action and got right to work. It was an all day job, with the installation of grams new furnace u ran into a bump in the road with the existing water heater, not only did you remove & reinstall that and I must say you perfected that as well. It was close to midnight to completion of the job. You & Jordan both made sure everything was working properly & cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Your management team needed to hear this over & over again !!! You are a team player . Ur mannerisms are a 10+!! My 98 yr young grams is going to be so very happy & safe & warm with her new gas furnace!!!
