“Installation was on time as discussed with their comfort advisor. Some wrong parts were ordered but it was taken care of in a timely manner. With it being a new central heat and air unit on the market it was to be expected to have a parts compatibility issue. Can’t say it was their fault, things happen. Been a member with one hour for a couple years now and will continue to be. Overall I am satisfied with the service and quality of the installation of the new unit.”

He didn't waste any time getting into the furnace to find the problem at hand and was able to give me answers within just a few minutes. He also gave me a few options to choose from to best correct the issue at hand. Once l made my choice he dove right into the job and got it taken care of.
