“John and Rose very professional and down to earth. The diagnostic was quick and efficient , explained everything that they were doing. Once the problems were found. John went through all the pricing options to include One hour comfort club and total home package. Before making a decision on the repairs, the parts were confirmed to be stock. They cleaned up their work area accounted for all tools. Went to get the parts needed to make repairs returned within and hour installed parts, ran checks performed the heat system tune up. Op checked the system everything ran great. Cleaned up the work area accounted for all their tools. Completed paperwork, payment and made sure I didn't have anymore questions. “I haven’t had my installation done yet, so I’ll be back with an update once it’s completed. However, my experiences with Luke, Devin, and Kevin were nothing less than top tier professionalism. They were all so kind, personable, helpful, and informative. I also spoke to Luke’s wife who also works there. Forgive me for not remembering her name, but she too was very kind, helpful, and professional. All of them really worked with me to find the best solution to my HVAC issues in as low of a cost as possible. I really appreciate how they showed that they care about their clients. I was also informed that One Hour Heating and Cooling really cares about their employees which makes them love the work that they do. They treat each other like family. When they employees love what they do, they take pride in their work. That is very rare in companies nowadays. Other companies could learn a thing or two from One Hour Heating and Cooling. 🙂 Update: Hello. I’m back with an update. It’s been a week since my HVAC installation. My technicians were Gabe and Bryan. They were awesome! My house finally feels comfortable after going years without an efficient HVAC system. Now I can sit in my house without feeling miserable. To top it off, Gabe was very helpful to me with setting up my new digital thermostat. He had the brightest smile too. The fact that he and Bryan were at my house, all day, working hard, his willingness to help me while maintaining a smile on his face was very impressive. P.S., on the day that Luke, Devin, and Kevin came, I didn’t realize it until after I made my original post, but one of those men moved my trash bin back to my backyard after the truck came for trash day. Idk which one did it but that was very sweet of them. Thank you so much, guys. I hope yall read this. You all are amazing. 😊 Update 2: So my thermostat was sending an error message today. I called One Hour and they sent Akan to my house the same day. She was very thorough and found my issue and fixed the problem quickly. She also told me some things that I was unaware of to keep me informed about my warranty and preventative measures to take to maintain the functionality of my HVAC system. Thank you so much, Akan!”
