“The tech who came to our home is an outstanding young man. The best service I’ve ever experienced from any home related repair person. Very friendly and honest. He took the time to explain our AC drainage issue and exactly what the process would be to fix it. He even asked us one last time before we signed the estimate if we were sure we didn’t want to put the money we were spending on repairs towards a new system. He was very genuine and did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. Our system is 15 years old outside and even older in the attic, so suggesting a new system was very understandable ….but it still works fine so for now we are letting it run. When the time comes we will use this company to install our new system.”
