Woke up to the furnace off and house at 52 degrees, and by 10am, he had arrived, diagnosed, and fixed the problem, and I had warm air blowing through my vents again. “I set up an appointment for my mother as I am out of state. A technician, Robert came out, evaluated the issue with her geothermal unit, provided options for repair, and options for replacement. Very friendly and kind with my mom. Robert helped set up an appointment same day with an estimator, Chad....In short he was OUTSTANDING! Very patient with my mom and I as he provided several options. We ultimately picked the one that fit our budget and needs. Several payment options were provided. Install was scheduled for the following day AND completed without a hiccup! “Brayton came out to assess our heating issue. He was able to answer any questions I had. He was professional and very informative. Chad came out to get measurements and estimates on replacement costs for both furnace and AC. He came up with a price of $16,200, which we thought was very reasonable. He was able to walk us through the financing and got us a payment that worked for us. Then Jason and Raul came out for the replacement of our old system. All in all great work from all. We are very appreciative as the temps have been below 20. I called on Sunday afternoon and had a technician at our door at 8 am Monday morning. Thanks again to everyone involved in helping us solve the issue. I will recommend One Hour heating and cooling to anyone who needs their services.”
