I had a new unit installed, the install team was polite and very professional. Took time to protect my new floor, knocked out a very clean install. Really feel it should be 4.5 stars cause the unit didnt come with enough freon and had to come back the following day to fully charge system. But they had someone back out first thing to address it. I got a great price compared to other quotes ive receive. Service and promptness was top tier. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is that the unit didn't come with enough refrigerant, so they had to return the following day to fully charge the system. However, they had a technician back out first thing the next morning to address the issue, which I really appreciated. The price was significantly better than the other quotes I received, and their customer service, communication, and prompt response were top-notch. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them. Ive never left a review before and really felt compelled to write a review from a great experience in a time of need.
i’ve used one hour in the past and have always had great experiences. so i scheduled a regular tune up on our ac unit. the tech, oscar was very nice and super quick l! he did a great job of explaining everything to me!
Brad was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and fast. He took the time to answer some questions I had that were beyond the maintenance visit and went back to check thermostats and our multi-zone system. Top notch!
The crew of three arrived on time, introduced themselves. Jesus explained what was going to happen and about how long an install typically takes to finish a furnace and AC install, asked if I had any questions. Jesus, Tyler and Josh went to work immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about how respectful they were to my home, how professional each of them were. They got finished in a really good time. They cleaned up everything. To be honest I couldn't tell they had even been here. Jesus explained what type of furnace and AC was installed. I was given the whole breakdown the day prior by Chad who came out for my estimate. His explanation was perfect so I already knew what was going to happen. I have been through 4 winters in this home and up until 2/27/26 my downstairs living space has never had heat, has never been warm. I am here to say that not only is my lower level warm it is actually hot. I am more than happy with my new system. The crew took good care of me. They all represented One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning very very well. Good job fellas! Now I can't wait to try out my new AC this summer!!!!
