The 'One Hour' in our company name indicates our guarantee to be at your home in the predetermined window quoted when you set your appointment. If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. Emergency Appointment: This appointment is for an unspecified time after normal business hours Monday – Saturday and all day on Sundays/Holidays. It's ideal to service your cooling system each spring and your heating system each fall to ensure you find small issues before they become big problems.

How often do I need to change my HVAC filter?

Your filter should be changed every one to three months, depending on conditions in your home and your region's climate.

“We were very happy & impressed with ONE HOUR AC. The entire experience from getting a quote, purchasing, installation & after sales service was smooth sailing & super easy. They are thorough, reliable and great to do business with. An Ohio native that makes Las Vegas home, Donavan has been with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating^® for over 11 years. After owning a bread distribution company, a friend suggested that he give HVAC a try. Good thing, because since starting as a Maintenance Technician, he’s steadily worked his way into his role as VP. Along the way he’s been instrumental in helping the Las Vegas One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating^® franchise win the President’s Club Award three times, and an NPS award during the 2017 brand convention.

He’s worked hard – advice he passes along to anyone interested in the industry is that “you get out of your profession what you put into it” – but also keeps the atmosphere in the office light and fun. And when he’s not at his day job, he takes advantage of all that Mother Nature has to offer by golfing, hiking, biking and snowboarding with his sons.
