Andrew the comfort advisor (salesman) sat down with me after measuring all the rooms in my house and went over my options but wasn’t pushy to make a sale. He helped me decide on a unit within my budget and he explained a mini split system would be my best option to cool and heat the upstairs (older home with not enough ductwork) . The very next day a crew came on time and spent the whole day installing what I needed and updated the electric box to accommodate it. I wish I caught all their names to give them credit but they know who they are. I’m looking forward to summer now and sleeping in comfort. Mitchell’s One Hour exceeded my expectations.”

“Kaos showed up. He had a trainee with him and he was very knowledgeable. We have a maintenance plan and we've had multiple people here in that time and we've renewed it. He sent me pictures via text message of everything on the ductwork to show me and he's went above and beyond what the other technicians have done to satisfy me with everything. He spent a lot of time here and it was very good. Someone is not trying to rush through a job. He was very thorough. I would recommend asking for him to come back here or if you're going to have your your system checked out on a regular basis if you signed up for their maintenance plan. Everybody else that showed up was very professional but he went above and beyond to talk about anything he saw and he was the first one that showed me. What year are ducks were put in the attic so I compliment that highly recommended.”
