Had my entire HVAC system replaced. From when Marco came by and explained to me everything in detail. Was very transparent and detailed in what I was going to need. Super professional guy! The installers Derek and Anthony. These guys killed it! Both worked their butts off to get my house cooling again. 2 days in heat and tight spaces these guys did not stop until the job was done. Even after they left there was an issue called Derek and he insisted on returning to address and fix the issue. There was some miscommunications when it came to the ducting. My wife and I were upset after discovering issues that weren’t address from the beginning. Regardless One Hour Heating did everything in their power to make us happy customers. Shout out to the team for reaching out to us and to the techs/installers who were patient with us. This company has my business and will in the future should anything arise!
